About me

I don't just write code.
I solve problems with it.

I've always been curious about how things work beneath the surface. Whether it's a web application, a browser rendering issue, or even something outside software, I naturally find myself asking "Why does this work this way?" That curiosity is what first pulled me into programming, and it's still what keeps me excited about engineering today.

I'm currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science, but most of my learning has come from building. From freelancing for clients to developing personal projects, I've learned that real growth happens when you leave tutorials behind, face unfamiliar problems, and patiently work through them until they finally make sense.

I don't enjoy building projects just to add another line to my resume. I enjoy creating things that solve real problems while teaching me something new in the process. Every project, every bug, and every challenge is another opportunity to think more deeply, write better code, and become a better engineer than I was yesterday.

A Curious Beginning

Started exploring programming with one simple question: ‘How does software actually work?’ That curiosity eventually became a habit.

Learning by Building

Built small projects, broke them countless times, and slowly realized that debugging teaches more than tutorials ever can.

First Freelance Clients

Worked with real clients, delivered production projects, and learned what it means to write software that other people depend on.

2025

Choosing Flask Over Convenience

Moved away from frameworks that hid too much behind abstractions. Chose Flask to understand authentication, routing, databases, sessions, and the web from the ground up.

Thinking Like an Engineer

Started focusing on Data Structures & Algorithms—not to solve interview questions, but to learn how experienced engineers approach problems.

Every new project became an opportunity to learn architecture, deployment, scalability, and writing cleaner code instead of simply adding another repository.

BitLinks is a modern full-stack URL shortening application built with Next.js, MongoDB, and Resend. Users can generate memorable short links using custom aliases, while the application validates duplicate aliases, stores mappings in MongoDB Atlas, and performs dynamic server-side redirects. The project also includes a secure contact form that persists messages to MongoDB and sends email notifications through Resend, demonstrating full-stack API development, database integration, and responsive UI design.

Headless Shopify Store is a full-stack e-commerce application built with Next.js App Router, Shopify Storefront API, Sanity CMS, MongoDB, and NextAuth. The application separates content management, commerce, and authentication into independent services to deliver a fast, scalable shopping experience. Customers can browse products, search the catalog, manage authenticated or guest carts, maintain wishlists, securely sign in using multiple authentication providers, view order history, and complete purchases through Shopify's hosted checkout. Sanity powers dynamic homepage content while MongoDB persists user accounts, wishlists, and cart synchronization for authenticated users.

A production-ready blogging platform with OAuth authentication, article publishing, and secure content management.

ShazBlog is a full-stack publishing platform built with Flask, MongoDB, and Bootstrap. Users can authenticate using local accounts or Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, and Facebook OAuth, publish and manage articles, upload cover images and profile avatars, participate in discussions through authenticated comments, and manage personalized profiles. The application stores uploaded media in MongoDB GridFS, implements role-based authorization, CSRF protection, secure session handling, search, category filtering, pagination, and a persistent contact system, demonstrating production-ready backend architecture, authentication, database design, and responsive user experience.
